Pay for Hostinger with a debit card in Pakistan (and fix a declined card)
Use a Pakistani bank debit card or a digital-bank card to buy Hostinger in rupees. What to switch on in your banking app first, why cards get declined, and what to do about Easypaisa.
Which cards work
Hostinger's Pakistan store (hostinger.com/pk) takes Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, as well as JazzCash and crypto. Almost any Pakistani card works once online payments are switched on:
- Bank debit cards: the Visa or Mastercard debit card from your bank account (HBL, Meezan, UBL, MCB, Bank Alfalah and so on). PayPak-only cards usually won't work online abroad, so check that your card has a Visa or Mastercard logo.
- Digital-bank and wallet cards: virtual or physical Visa/Mastercard cards from apps like SadaPay or NayaPay generally work for online payments, within the app's limits.
- Credit cards: work with no extra setup on most banks.
Before you pay: switch on online payments
Most declined cards in Pakistan have nothing to do with Hostinger. The card just isn't allowed to pay online or abroad yet. Do this in your banking app first:
- Turn on e-commerce / online transactions for the card.
- Turn on international transactions as well. Hostinger is a foreign merchant even when the price shows in rupees.
- Check the daily online limit covers the full upfront amount, not one month's price.
- Make sure you can receive the OTP. Bank OTPs go to the mobile number registered with the bank.
You pay the whole term upfront
The monthly price is for comparison. The card is charged the full term at once, so the balance and limit need to cover this amount:
| Plan | Promo / month | Term | Charged upfront (before coupon and tax) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single | Rs 399 | 48 months | Rs 19,152 |
| Premium | Rs 599 | 48 months | Rs 28,752 |
| KVM 1 VPS | Rs 2,099 | 24 months | Rs 50,376 |
Step by step
- Open Hostinger through a link on this site. It opens hostinger.com/pk with WEBHOST2026 applied, so prices show in rupees.
- Pick the plan and term, then create your account.
- On the payment step, choose card. Check that the order summary shows WEBHOST2026 and a discount line.
- Enter the card number, expiry and CVV, then approve the OTP or the prompt in your banking app (3-D Secure).
- You'll land in hPanel when the payment succeeds, and the invoice arrives by email.
If your card is declined
Work down this list. The first two cover most cases:
| What you see | Likely cause and fix |
|---|---|
| Declined straight away, no OTP | Online or international payments are off. Turn them on in the banking app and retry. |
| Declined after the OTP | Not enough balance, or the daily online limit is lower than the upfront total. Top up or raise the limit. |
| OTP never arrives | The bank has an old mobile number on file, or SMS is delayed. Use the app's approval prompt if it has one, or update the number at the bank. |
| Payment page keeps failing | Try another browser without ad blockers or VPN. A VPN can also put you on a different country store. |
| Still declined | Call the bank's helpline. They can see the reason code and whitelist the payment. Or pay with JazzCash instead. |
Will the bank add extra charges?
On the /pk store you're charged in rupees, so there's normally no currency conversion. Some banks still treat it as a foreign online transaction and add their own fee or tax. Your bank's schedule of charges lists them, and the statement shows the exact amount.
If your card is ever charged in dollars, you're on the wrong store. Reopen Hostinger through a link on this site to get the rupee checkout.
Renewals and saved cards
Hostinger saves the card for auto-renewal. If you'd rather pay renewals by hand, turn auto-renewal off in hPanel under Billing → Subscriptions. You can renew manually with a card or JazzCash before the plan expires.
